- In the same condition as you received it: clean, new and unused
- Returned with its branded dust bag
- Accompanied by its original proof of purchase
How many days do I have to return my order?
You can return or exchange BAGSMINI within 14 days from the day you have received your package.
How long will it take to get my refund?
If we are not able to send your purchase due to defects or shortage of that product, we will issue a refund within 5 days of confirming your refund approval. If your order was delivered to you, we will issue a refund within 5 days after we receive your package.
Are all items refundable?
No. Gift cards and customized orders are non-refundable. Shipping costs, customs duties and destination taxes are also non-refundable.
How can I apply for a refund?

Step 2. Send us photos of your item from different angles in the email.
Step 3. Our team will review and respond to your refund request within 3 days. Should your request be approved, we will send you the address where you can return your order. If your order was delivered to you, we will issue a refund within 5 days after we receive your package.
